Asheville Real Estate Service provides residential appraisal services along with real estate brokerage. Our company staffs two certified residential appraisers who are FHA & USDA approved. Our appraisers are members of the North Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Association (NCREAA). We provide services for local and nation lenders as well as private parties. Private party sources include estate services, divorce purposes, and pre-listing/marketing purposes. Appraisal coverage areas include Buncombe, Haywood, Henderson, and portions of Madison & Transylvania Counties. Our appraisers have extensive knowledge in residential appraising which includes single family homes, modular, manufactured, condominium, townhome, as well as vacant land.
